Changes to Immigration New Zealand online systems
INZ online Systems improvement expected in 2018
2018 will see important changes on how you can apply for a visa, and who you can include your application.
INZ online visa applications
The main change at the moment is the ability for immigration advisers to apply for a visitor visa, and include your partner as well as dependent children in the same online visa application. This is ideal for families travelling together and should speed up the visa preparation time. Guardians of student visa applicants may also now apply for a visa online.
Also, we can now group applications where all applicants are travelling at the same time for the same purpose. For instance, if we apply for work visas to bring overseas talents to work for your company, we may now lodge several visas under your name.
We are looking forward to being able to lodge partnership work visas online, a major update scheduled for mid-May 2018.
