    The way they are organised is excellent and the portal is so helpful and easy to use. Uploading information is very simple and given the amount of information required, this is a really important benefit.

    Their location in Hamilton is easy to access and I guess being outside of Auckland enables them to be competitively priced.
    The staged payment arrangement is also very helpful.

    We were looked after by Charlotte Stockman who could not have been more helpful and encouraging. Her support was invaluable throughout the process which for us, turned out to be very lengthy due to the disruption caused by covid.
